Where do you ship to?
While we ship internationally.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order it will be shipped within 48 hours. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
Continental US orders will be delivered via UPS or USPS within 5-7 business days.
International orders will be delivered via DHL or USPS within 7-21 business days.
How can I exchange my order?
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order. We offer free shipping and free returns to support this process.
How can I return my order?
You can return items within 10 days of receiving, items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in original packaging and shoebox. Please email us at info@awkwardsouls.com and we will send you a label to attach for free return shipping. Once we have received your items you will be refunded by original payment method within 5-7 days.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing your order upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. If you decide you do not want the items, you can return your product following our return process.
